Question
My operating system is Me and I keep hearing that the problems that I experience are caused by Windows Me. Do any of you have any knowledge that loading on XP will make my computer not have the strange things happen that have been happening? . . . My computer is about 2.5 years old and for the most part works wonderfully, other than [that I have] problems loading Windows, shutting down, [and] with [Outlook] Express . . .

The "Tech Talk staff" replied:
Windows Me is notorious as one of the least stable versions of Windows so
I wouldn't be surprised if this is the cause of many of your problems.
Without knowing the details of what problems you are having, it is
impossible to say for sure but Win XP should help.
