Catherine is founder and executive director of both Digital Access and the Community Technology Empowerment Project, two projects that help bridge the digital divide through support of community-based technology initiatives. She chaired the City of Minneapolis "Digital Inclusion Task Force" in conjunction with the Wireless Minneapolis initiative, and managed the City’s first community and neighborhood portal.
